WORKING WITH BSN
What to expect before you place an order.
Minimum order
MOQ is quoted per design and color. Materials, printing, trims and packing affect the minimum. Send your target quantity and ask for feasible alternatives.
Samples & development
Begin with an image, sample or specification. Sample fees, development work and sample timing are confirmed in writing for the project before work begins.
Bulk production
Many standard custom projects take 1–2 months after sample approval. Large-volume programs need a dedicated production schedule. Timing depends on materials, construction, quantity and testing; shipping time is additional.
Your own fabric or artwork
Tell us if you plan to supply fabric or original artwork. Availability, cutting direction, print placement, compatibility and approval requirements need review before quotation.

START WITH ENOUGH INFORMATION
A useful inquiry explains the buyer, product use, quantity, destination and required timing. A finished tech pack is helpful, but it is not required to begin a feasibility review.
