QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is managed
before sewing begins.

The approved sample, material specification and buyer requirements create the working standard for every production program.

01

Supplier review

Requirements, qualifications, physical samples, chemical or functional tests and delivery capability can be reviewed before purchase.

02

Incoming inspection

Material, texture, density, thickness, weight, color, width, roll length and packing are checked against the order specification.

03

In-process control

Stocking, cutting, sewing and packing each provide a checkpoint. Every downstream process helps verify the work received from the previous stage.

04

Final review

Finished goods can undergo internal final inspection or buyer-appointed third-party FRI before shipment release.

MARKET REQUIREMENTS

Compliance follows the destination market.

Company records document ISO 9001:2008 quality-system certification and BSCI and WCA social-compliance audit history, together with third-party factory audits organized by European and US buyers. Because certificates and audit status change over time, current documents are confirmed for each sourcing program and supplied on request.

Relevant material requirements may include REACH, water resistance, flame resistance, antistatic performance, yellowing resistance, hardware corrosion resistance and nickel release. Applicable standards and testing institutions are agreed before production.
