Cosmetic & Beauty Bags · BSN-CB-001
An OEM cosmetic pouch reference for beauty samples, travel kits, gift-with-purchase programs and private-label retail sets.
MAKE IT YOURS
Woven fabrics, coated textiles, recycled-material options, functional linings and Pantone color matching can be developed to brief.
Print, embroidery, woven labels, rubber or metal badges, custom pullers and packaging are available.
Dimensions, compartments, closures, straps, reinforcement and internal organization can be adapted during sampling.
CUSTOM PRINTED COSMETIC POUCH MANUFACTURING
This reference can be adapted around the packed products, target market and brand artwork. Buyers can specify finished dimensions, exterior fabric, lining direction, zipper tape and puller, print method, label placement and individual packing. BSN reviews these decisions during development rather than treating the pouch as a fixed stock item.
BUYER DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
Build the pouch around the actual packed items so artwork, zipper access, lining and finished dimensions work together.
PRODUCT FAQ
Wipe-clean lining directions can be sampled, but the finished construction and agreed cleaning method should be approved together.
Review artwork on the cut pattern and finished sample, including seams, folds and zipper placement.
REPEAT & PACK-OUT CONTROL
Use the approved specification together with a traceable bulk reference and packing evidence. A retained unit supports comparison but does not replace inspection or project-specific acceptance criteria.
Artwork file, print scale, panel placement, dimensions, zipper, lining and labels
New print run, fabric batch, zipper source, lining shade or packing material
Bulk reference unit, label close-up, unit pack and identified open carton
