PROGRAM BEFORE PRODUCT

The vehicle handover experience needs a controlled set of items and versions.

A retail owner delivery, fleet issue and subscription-vehicle handover can use similar soft pouches, but the documents, keys, card formats, dealer identity, model campaign and location allocation are different. The bag brief should reflect those differences.

BSN develops the agreed soft-bag component. Vehicle documents, keys, access devices, warranties and customer data remain under the buyer or dealer’s control unless a specific pack-out scope is documented separately.

BUYING PATHS

Choose the format by handover contents, access and dealer presentation.

This page does not claim key security, fire resistance or automotive safety performance.

The bags are presentation and organization components developed to the buyer brief. Vehicle keys, access devices, warranties, customer data and safety-related contents remain under dealer or buyer control. Any functional claim requires project-specific specification and testing.

BUYER FAQ

Questions to settle before sampling.

What should an auto dealer delivery-kit bag RFQ include?

Share the recipient group, exact contents and dimensions, bag format, model or campaign versions, dealer locations, quantity, branding, labels and delivery window.

Can different dealers or vehicle models use separate versions?

Yes. Record every logo authorization, campaign, model group, language, label, quantity and location allocation in a written version matrix.

Does the pouch provide secure key or access-device storage?

No security claim is assumed. The pouch provides buyer-specified organization and presentation only unless a separate tested requirement is agreed.

Can BSN pack vehicle keys and customer documents?

Do not assume this scope. Keys, personal data and official vehicle documents normally remain under dealer control. Any third-party insertion must be separately defined and approved.
