PROGRAM BEFORE PRODUCT

A property handover bag should follow the documents, keys and welcome items—not a generic gift catalogue.

A new-home handover, rental move-in and serviced-residence welcome program may use similar pouches or totes, but the recipient, contents, brand version, site allocation and handover date differ. Those details affect usable size, compartments, identifiers and pack-out.

The buyer should define which items BSN is quoting and which third-party items will be inserted elsewhere. Legal documents, keys and access credentials remain under the buyer’s control unless a written packing scope is separately agreed.

BUYING PATHS

Match the format to the handover contents and presentation level.

PROGRAM CONTROL

01

Map the handover set

List documents, keys, cards, guides, approved gifts and target recipients.

02

Approve the filled sample

Check usable fit, access, identifiers, carrying and presentation with representative contents.

03

Lock every site version

Record development, building, phase, artwork, language, label and quantity.

04

Plan the handover date

Confirm production, transport and site allocation before the completion schedule.

This page covers custom soft bags—not legal-document custody or access-control services.

Property buyers control legal documents, keys, access cards, recipient data and site-security procedures. Any insertion or assembly of third-party contents must be defined in the written quotation and approved pack-out instruction.

BUYER FAQ

Questions to settle before sampling.

What should a property handover bag RFQ include?

Share the recipient group, bag format, exact contents and dimensions, property versions, quantities, branding, labels, site allocation and required handover dates.

Can one program cover several developments or building phases?

Yes. Use a written version matrix covering artwork, color, language, building or phase identifier, quantity and carton allocation for every site.

Can BSN place keys or legal documents inside the bags?

Do not assume this scope. Keys, access credentials and legal documents usually require buyer-controlled custody. Any packing service must be separately quoted, documented and approved.

How long does production take after sample approval?

Most projects are completed in approximately one to two months after sample approval, depending on materials, construction, quantity and testing requirements. Transport time is planned separately.
